Stop asking your dev teams to build things

I've been lucky to work in some amazing teams. In some ways, I was spoilt by the first development teams I worked with at nib in Newcastle. They are, in more ways than one, the most advanced Digital team I have ever worked with. Not bad for a provincial employer.

The reason they were so good was simple; they asked their delivery teams to solve user problems rather than build widgets.

It sounds simple enough, but it's amazing how many teams are not set up to do this.
